Job description

Position Overview We are seeking service-driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a Customer Service Hospitality – Reservations role. This position focuses on assisting clients with coordinating reservations, managing booking details, and providing a smooth and positive customer experience. This is an entry-level opportunity within the hospitality and travel space. No prior experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with making and managing reservations for hotels, resorts, and travel-related services
  • Provide clear and professional communication regarding booking details and availability
  • Support the reservation process from inquiry through confirmation
  • Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and guest details
  • Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications
  • Provide follow-up support and respond to customer questions as needed
