ABOUT EVEREST
Everest is a premium, AI-enabled executive operations firm built for founders, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. The people we work with expect support that is proactive, strategic, and discreet. It makes them sharper at the work only they can do, and freer to put their time to its highest and best use. We hold that standard with competence and care.
If you're an operator who likes having a hand in how companies, brands, and legacies get built, we'd love to talk.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Executive Assistant is a key support partner to our clients, helping them stay focused, organized, and on track. In this role, you’ll work closely with executives to manage schedules, communications, and priorities—providing reliable, thoughtful support that blends a personal touch with smart use of tools and systems. You'll also collaborate with other assistants, sharing ideas and learning as part of a team committed to meaningful, high-quality support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Clear Communicator: Keep communication flowing by managing inboxes, drafting messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups with a polished, professional tone.
- Relationship Builder: Help maintain strong, trusted relationships by being responsive, and reliable.
- Calendar Strategist: Manage dynamic and often shifting calendars, making sure time is spent where it matters most and that priorities stay on track.
- Operations Partner: Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day support, from coordinating meetings and travel to handling logistics.
- Project Supporter: Track progress on key initiatives, follow up on next steps, and help executives stay ahead of deadlines.
- Systems Improver: Look for opportunities to refine workflows and processes, using tools and tech to boost efficiency and reduce friction.
- Detail-Oriented Organizer: Juggle multiple tasks with care and precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Financial Admin: Handle expenses, invoices, and light reporting to keep financial details organized and up to date.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: 4–7 years providing high-level support in roles like Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager. Comfortable managing communications, shifting schedules, and helping keep complex projects on track.
- Supportive Teamwork: Some experience guiding or mentoring others, with a focus on sharing knowledge and building a strong team culture.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, communication tools, CRMs, and financial systems to streamline work and boost efficiency.
- Core Strengths: Strong communicator and natural problem-solver who brings good judgment, a proactive mindset, and professionalism to everything you do—always with a high level of care and discretion.

Why work at Infinity
- Culture highlights: The company explicitly defines its culture through a set of published principles: “Speed Over Perfection,” “Aggressive Yet Kind,” “Our Word Is Our Bond,” “Move Fast,” “Tell Us the Truth,” and “Figure It Out.” Emphasis on high standards, direct feedback, and extreme ownership without bureaucracy.
- Remote/hybrid/office policy: Mostly remote-first across the US (many jobs marked “Remote, USA”); physical HQ in New York, but employees work from home; some roles in Las Vegas
- Notable perks or engineering culture: Access to a shared brain across the portfolio — playbooks, customer intros, and lessons from every company; founders get back-office leverage so they focus on product and customers; engineering roles involve building AI-native products from scratch using cutting-edge applied AI
- Who thrives here: Self-starters who move fast, ship real products, iterate quickly, and want to be part of building category-defining businesses rather than maintaining existing ones
- Known downsides from culture page: High expectations — “We push hard. We have high standards.” — and a rejection of perfectionism: “Paralysis is worse than a wrong call you can reverse.”
