Who We Are

ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the Facility Management team, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all MAITE technical facilities and laboratories.
- Oversee and maintain environmental controls in production and test areas — including temperature, humidity, and particulate monitoring.
- Coordinate cleanroom readiness and compliance, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and environmental control within defined standards (without owning cleanroom operations themselves).
- Manage preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and infrastructure servicing to maintain continuous facility readiness.
- Plan and implement facility improvement projects and layout modifications in collaboration with AIT Engineering, Production, and Operational Excellence.
- Ensure all controlled environments comply with ESD, safety, and facility certification requirements, and lead regular audits and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with Stock Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure facility and storage areas support material flow and operational efficiency.
- Monitor facility performance indicators such as environmental stability, maintenance response times, and safety metrics, and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Manage service providers and external contractors to ensure effective and timely support aligned with ICEYE quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate and maintain training and certification programs related to facility safety, cleanroom entry, and ESD awareness for all relevant staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility incidents or emergencies, ensuring effective response and minimal operational disruption.
