About the role

ICEYE is looking for a Warehouse / Logistics Operator to support the day-to-day flow of materials, components, and equipment within our manufacturing operations in Poland. You will work closely with the Stock & Logistics Manager and manufacturing teams to ensure materials are received, checked, stored, picked, moved, and delivered to the right place at the right time. Your work will directly support production and AIT activities and help ensure that our teams have the materials they need to build and test satellites. This is a hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment where processes and systems are continuously being developed. You will be expected to work with accuracy and discipline, follow established procedures, keep the warehouse organised, and raise issues when something is not correct. The role will cover warehouse operations, inventory handling, inbound and outbound shipments, material preparation, packaging, and system transactions. You will also support the safe handling and traceability of sensitive and high-value components.

Who We Are

To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

What you will do

  • Receive incoming materials, components, and deliveries, checking quantities, identification, and documentation, and recording transactions in ERP or WMS systems
  • Store, label, and segregate materials to ensure proper identification and traceability, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
  • Pick, prepare, and deliver materials and components to production and AIT areas according to requirements
  • Prepare, pack, and support inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring items are properly protected, labelled, and documented, coordinating with carriers when required
  • Perform inventory counts and cycle counting to support stock accuracy and reconciliation, escalating discrepancies to the Stock Manager
  • Handle sensitive, high-value, and fragile components safely, following material traceability, quarantine, and non-conforming material procedures
  • Support the resolution of material and logistics issues by working closely with the Stock Manager, Production, AIT, and Quality teams
  • Identify and escalate material discrepancies, inventory issues, or warehouse operational problems
  • Support the safe handling and movement of materials and equipment in line with applicable safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and logistics area at all times
  • Contribute to workplace organisation and continuous improvement activities, including 5S, standard work, and visual management
  • Support the Stock Manager in implementing and improving warehouse processes as the Poland manufacturing operation grows
