  • Foster a collaborative culture through close cooperation with departments like Operations, Sales, and Engineering.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and payment transactions.
  • Manage dunning processes and ensure timely processing of receipts and invoices.
  • Collaborate with tax consultants and auditors for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
  • Several years of practical experience in finance—preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments such as investment banking, private equity, consulting or startups.

Soft Skills

  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, structured working style, and strong communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in a technology-driven environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (German optional).
