ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Founders Office Associate to work directly with our founders on the company's most critical strategic initiatives. You will help identify, launch, and scale new geographies, solve complex business problems, and drive high-impact projects across operations, growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ambiguity into action.

- Evaluate and launch new markets, including market research, business cases, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional projects across operations, growth, product, and partnerships.
- Build financial models, operational frameworks, and performance dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and execute initiatives end-to-end.
- Support hiring, vendor selection, partnerships, and market-entry activities.
- Drive special projects and critical business initiatives as the company scales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure complex problems and execute independently.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of excellence in demanding environments
