Job description

Why Telepatia

The world's most scarce resource isn't time — it's medical attention. Doctors spend 40–70% of their day typing instead of caring for patients. At Telepatia, we're changing that.

We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.

What You'll Do

  • Own Brazilian revenue target — managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close across hospital networks, , and clinics, with full accountability for outcomes.
  • Lead and coach a local team of SDRs, staying actively involved in live deals to help the team compete effectively and sell Telepatia's value.
  • Drive pipeline discipline — maintain rigorous forecasting, deal hygiene, and a consistent outbound motion to ensure healthy and predictable revenue.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales development, implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth client engagements from first touch to go-live.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers across Brazilian healthcare ecosystem — medical directors, clinical directors, CEOs, and operations leaders.
  • Develop partner-led pipeline with local hospital networks and health systems, turning relationships into consistent sources of opportunity and market signal.
  • Translate market feedback — wins, losses, objections, competitive dynamics — into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership.

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , Sales Strategy, Commercial Operations, BizOps, Consulting, Private equity or similar roles supporting revenue or sales organization
  • Hunter profile — highly proactive in outbound prospecting, relentless in follow-up, and driven by closing deals and delivering results.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort owning a number end-to-end.
  • Experience in sales enablement or revenue operations — able to build and run onboarding programs, define playbooks, and set up the team for repeatable success.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present confidently to clinical directors, CEOs, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments — comfortable navigating pre-sales, implementation, customer experience, and marketing teams to move deals forward.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to make decisions with imperfect data and adjust quickly based on real market feedback.
