Our AI-powered products work directly inside clinical workflows — transcribing consultations, generating structured medical records, assisting clinical decisions, and integrating with any health system. Doctors today spend up to 40–70% of their time on administrative work instead of patient care, and we’re changing that by building AI “healthcare employees” that operate in real time.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robotic process automations (RPA).
- Automate repetitive operational workflows across different business areas.
- Integrate internal systems and third-party applications through APIs and automation platforms.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve existing automations.
- Document automation processes and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation projects.
- Learn new AI and automation technologies as our platform evolves.
- Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in software development or automation.
- Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Ideally Familiarity with APIs
- Understanding of basic SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Nice to have English proficiency
