Summary
Telepatia seeks an SDR to drive B2B sales growth in the healthcare sector by prospecting hospitals, executing outbound campaigns, and qualifying leads. The role involves building business cases, maintaining CRM hygiene, and contributing to sales playbook development.
Job description
Why Telepatia
The world's most scarce resource isn't time — it's medical attention. Doctors spend 40–70% of their day typing instead of caring for patients. At Telepatia, we're changing that.
We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.
What You'll Do
- Research and prospect strategically — Identify, prioritize, and map target hospitals and health systems. Go deep on decision-makers: general managers, medical directors, CIOs, innovation leaders, heads of specialties
- Run targeted outbound — Design and execute outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and events.
- Qualify with rigor — Run first-touch discovery conversations to assess interest, fit, and urgency before passing opportunities to the VP Revenue or founders
- Prepare for every high-stakes call — Build briefing docs with account context, stakeholder maps, past interactions, and strategic angles; join key calls and ensure follow-up happens on time
- Build business cases — Model ROI for PoCs and proposals: time saved per doctor, documentation quality impact, financial upside for the institution
- Own CRM hygiene — Keep Attio up to date with accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, and next steps. Build and maintain pipeline dashboards, forecasts, and win/loss reports
- Document what works — Capture outreach templates, talk tracks, objection-handling, and pilot structures. Build Telepatia's sales playbook on Notion
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence.
- Executed events, trade shows, and client activations end-to-end, managing vendors, logistics, timelines, and budgets
What You Have
- Experience 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR), management consulting, or an analytical role in healthcare or tech · Fluent Spanish; professional working English
- Must-have skills Prospecting and lead generation · Strong written and verbal communication · Comfort with numbers — you enjoy building simple models and making sense of data · Ability to research and navigate complex organizations (hospital systems, healthcare networks) · CRM discipline · Ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Nice to have Experience selling to or working with hospitals, insurers, or large healthcare providers · Familiarity with Attio, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- How you work Hospital-obsessed and data-obsessed · Process-driven and relentless on follow-through · Direct communicator — clear messages, explicit next steps · Gritty, ownership-oriented, and ego-free · Excited by the mission of giving doctors their time back
