Envoy Global is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to manage end-to-end Canadian corporate immigration matters. This role is ideal for a RCIC licensed immigration professional who enjoys complex casework and client-facing advisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases
  • Prepare and submit compliant applications for:
  • Work Permits (GTS & Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs)
  • Permanent Residence (Express Entry, PNPs, Quebec-related PR processes )
  • Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures)
  • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with IRCC, ESDC, requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

  • Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
  • 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs (if applicable)
  • Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused

Annual Salary Range: C$110,000-120,000 CAD
