Responsibilities:
- Overall project management and coordination of the end-to-end initiative
- Managing the interface and integration between the Atlassian Rovo and GitLab Duo workstreams
- Creating and maintaining the project plan, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmap
- Managing project budget, status reporting, risks, dependencies, and issues
- Coordinating external specialists and relevant stakeholders
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end process from agile planning through to deployment
- Supporting the definition and implementation of the Jira → GitLab handover process
- Preparing project status updates and decision papers for management
- Coordinating governance, data protection, and other relevant considerations related to the introduction of GenAI solutions
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally within DevOps or IT transformation projects
- Experience with Atlassian and/or GitLab toolchains
- Strong technical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and the story-to-deployment process
- Experience with the introduction and implementation of GenAI solutions
- Understanding of GenAI governance, data protection, and related considerations
- Experience in Agile delivery and project management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident, professional English communication skills
