About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join an international IoT platform development project and help scale the frontend delivery capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly translate dlab Figma designs, design tokens and UI components into modular React and/or Angular code
  • Develop reusable and maintainable UI components
  • Work closely with core developers in a paired programming / paired delivery model
  • Integrate frontend components with backend IoT APIs and real-time telemetry data streams
  • Consume and integrate REST APIs and real-time communication interfaces
  • Develop component and integration tests
  • Maintain visual regression and overall UI quality
  • Document reusable elements of the UI design system
  • Follow existing architecture, coding standards and code quality requirements
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, backend and DevOps engineers

Requirements:

  • Solid professional experience as a Frontend Engineer / Frontend Developer
  • Strong experience with React and/or Angular
  • Hands-on experience with Figma design systems and design tokens
  • Experience building modern, reusable UI components
  • Good understanding of state management
  • Practical experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
  • Experience handling real-time data, e.g. WebSockets or gRPC
  • Experience with code quality and monitoring tools, such as:
  • Grafana stack
  • SonarQube
  • New Relic
  • Independent and structured approach to work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a paired development / delivery environment
