Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the transition and internal operation of SAP user and authorization management.
- Defining future, group-wide SAP authorization services in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Standardising, harmonising, and documenting SAP authorization concepts across the organisation.
- Maintaining authorizations within a heterogeneous SAP environment, including ERP, BW, S/4HANA, SEM, SRM, IDM, PO, Solution Manager, APO, HR, and BusinessObjects systems.
- Implementing and supporting application projects related to SAP authorizations.
- Coordinating closely with SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Identity & Access Management teams.
- Advising business partners and specialist departments, as well as coordinating external service providers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Professional experience in analysing, designing, restructuring, and implementing SAP user and authorization management requirements.
- Motivation to establish and further develop internal SAP user and authorization management operations and project support.
- Business-level written and spoken English language skills.
- A proactive, technology-oriented, and creative mindset.
- An independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.
- Strong intercultural skills, willingness to travel, and openness to learning new methodologies.
