Du steuerst ERP-Projekte end-to-end, bringst technisches Systemverständnis mit und kannst komplexe Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen übersetzen. Als Teil unseres Enterprise Applications Teams gestaltest du den digitalen Backbone von NEURA Robotics - einem der am schnellsten wachsenden Robotik-Unternehmen Europas.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von ERP-Projekten - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-live
  • Steuerung interner Teams, externer Dienstleister und Stakeholder (Fachbereiche, IT, Management)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusreports und Risikoanalysen
  • Sicherstellung von Budget-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
  • Change-Management und Kommunikation in die Organisation
  • Konzeption skalierbarer ERP-Architekturen und Systemintegrationen (ERP, BI, CRM, externe Schnittstellen) inkl. Bewertung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Prozessgestaltung sowie Aufbau von Architektur-Dokumentation und Standards im EA-Team
  • Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen in ERP-nahen Prozessen und Umsetzung mit geeigneten Tools

Deine Qualifikationen Muss-Kriterien

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von ERP-Projekten (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP oder vergleichbar)
  • Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, komplexe IT-Projekte strukturiert, termingerecht und im Budget umzusetzen
  • Starkes Prozessverständnis in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Finance, Supply Chain, Produktion oder Vertrieb
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse in Systemintegration, API-Architekturen oder Middleware-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Power Platform oder mit KI-gestützten Tools zur Prozessoptimierung oder Datenanalyse (z.B. Claude, Copilot, Codex)
  • Hintergrund im Maschinenbau-, Robotik- oder Technologie-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) im ERP-Kontext
  • Zertifizierung in Projektmanagement (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA oder vergleichbar)
