Founded in 1999 in Vienna, the Qualysoft Group is a manufacturer-independent IT consulting and services company, which successfully provides support for its international customers with the aim of boosting their competitiveness and economic efficiency through innovative IT solutions.

Its focus is on financial services providers, telecommunications companies, the automotive industry and energy service providers. Over 400 employees in 6 subsidiaries work together to ensure state of the art solutions for our clients.

We are looking for new colleagues in Qualysoft teams for diverse projects providing continuous learning opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating issue resolution and managing escalations effectively while maintaining long-term and constructive provider relationships.
  • Identifying service improvement opportunities and supporting continuous optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensuring the effective integration of external service providers into IT operations and service delivery processes.
  • Supporting procurement activities, contract renewals, renegotiations, and terminations, as well as contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Provider Management Framework.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing external IT service providers within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing, multi-provider operating models, and IT contract management.

  • Understanding of IT service delivery, governance, compliance, and provider management-related risks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and German.

Why we think you will love working here:

With us you count as a person, our doors are always open. We live the Qualysoft Team Spirit and stand for transparency!

Fresh wind and new ideas are welcome, because standstill is a foreign word at Qualysoft.

Why work at Qualysoft

  • Project Diversity: Consultants gain experience across various clients, industries, and technologies — from BFSI to government to enterprise
  • Employment Stability: Qualysoft explicitly commits to continuous employment, actively finding new internal projects when one engagement ends, avoiding the "bench layoff" pattern common in consulting
  • Flexibility: Remote, hybrid, or on-site options depending on the project; hybrid roles available in Budapest and other hubs
  • Career Development: Training, certifications, internal mentoring, and career paths across Software Development, Consulting, Business Applications, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and HR
  • International Culture: Workforce spans 11 countries with English-friendly collaboration; company language and client work are primarily in DACH markets
  • Application Process: Transparent multi-stage process — CV review, informal recruiter conversation, technical interview(s) with the client (often multiple rounds), then written offer
  • Active Hiring: 75 open positions across Solution Architecture, AI/ML, SAP, M365, Dynamics 365, and development roles — strong market demand for skilled engineers
  • Notable Talent Flow: Employees frequently come from EPAM Systems, Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, IBM, Ericsson, and Oracle; alumni move to Ericsson, Morgan Stanley, and EPAM — indicating a strong professional network
