Job description

Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal order executions to ensure accuracy, timely trade confirmations, compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of optimal customer outcomes.
- Review and analyze trading activity across over 12,000 instruments, in various asset classes including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and forex.
- Perform continuous Best Execution monitoring and generate reports for presentation to internal committees.
- Develop and produce effective KPIs to evaluate and track trading data and performance.
- Manage the processing of dividends and ensure the proper implementation of corporate actions in trading systems.
- Work closely with other departments to improve and streamline our current procedures, systems, and tools.
- Perform post-trade surveillance to ensure adherence to trading regulations and policies.
- Ensure accurate pricing of products and monitor system performance to maintain high execution standards.
Requirements:
- University/College degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or any other Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning/afternoon/night) Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
- Nice to have: SQL or Python skills, CySec Advanced Certificate
