About the Role

Ready to turn strategy into action? As Shift’s Learning & Development Manager, you’ll embed our capability framework and drive programs that unlock talent across the business. You’ll be both strategist and hands-on builder - champion AI in L&D, launch practical programs (from onboarding to coaching), and make learning an everyday advantage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose team needs and launch impactful programs - fast.
  • Embed capability frameworks into recruitment, onboarding, and growth.
  • Pilot AI tools that power development plans.
  • Support and evolve our manager development offering.
  • Boost or reset our online learning platform - your call.
  • Track and share visible progress, celebrating wins.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience quickly rolling out L&D programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Evidence of bringing capability frameworks to life.
  • Real-world use of AI in learning (bonus if you’ve built something).
  • Coaching skills and comfort with senior leaders.
