Legal Associate

Knight Division Tactical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the company’s legal and regulatory functions. This role supports both domestic and international operations and plays a key role in ensuring contractual, corporate, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation

- Support compliance efforts related to U.S. and international regulations with the compliance team

- Conduct legal research and prepare internal summaries and memoranda

- Maintain organized, audit-ready legal records

- Support risk identification and policy implementation in coordination with leadership and operations teams

- Coordinate with external counsel as needed

Qualifications

- Background in Law, Legal Studies or a related field

- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills

- High attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment

- Ability to manage sensitive information and work independently

- Professional proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)

Preferred

- Exposure to regulated industries such as security, defense, or government contracting
