Job description
We are seeking a performance-focused Creators & Affiliates Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate understands how to identify, vet, brief, and manage creators and affiliates across paid social, performance marketing, and conversion-driven campaigns.
This role will support both Real Money Gaming and DTC clients, helping build creator and affiliate pipelines that can drive high-quality content, qualified traffic, and measurable business outcomes. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, manage relationships end-to-end, and understand what makes a creator or affiliate a strong fit for a specific brand, audience, offer, and campaign objective. Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and manage creators and affiliates across RMG and DTC clients, with a focus on performance-driven content, qualified traffic, and measurable campaign outcomes
- Source creators who can produce platform-native video content for paid social channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
- Evaluate creator and affiliate fit based on audience alignment, content quality, platform presence, category relevance, past performance, brand safety, and client objectives
- Develop clear creator briefs that communicate campaign goals, messaging, offers, content direction, compliance considerations, and deliverable requirements
- Manage outreach, communication, timelines, deliverables, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final asset collection across active creator and affiliate partners
- Maintain organized creator and affiliate pipelines, including outreach status, rates, deliverables, performance notes, and client-specific opportunities
- Track creator and affiliate learnings to inform future sourcing, briefing, content direction, partner selection, and campaign recommendations
- Support the development of scalable creator and affiliate programs across multiple client verticals
- Stay current on creator trends, affiliate opportunities, platform updates, RMG regulations, DTC category trends, and emerging performance channels
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or a related role
- Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing creators for social-first video content, ideally for paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Experience identifying, vetting, and managing affiliates or performance-based partners is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging creator channels
- Ability to evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, brand alignment, performance potential, and campaign needs
- Ability to write clear, actionable creator briefs that translate strategy into content direction
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage outreach, feedback, timelines, deliverables, and partner relationships
- Comfortable balancing multiple clients, priorities, deadlines, and active creator or affiliate conversations at once
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean trackers, pipelines, and documentation
- Interest in performance marketing, paid social, creator-led acquisition, and affiliate-driven growth
- Experience with RMG, regulated categories, DTC brands, or compliance-sensitive campaigns is a plus
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
