Job description

**10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday** Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Manufacturing Technician to play a key role in producing high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. In this position, you'll work hands-on with a variety of manufacturing and finishing processes, ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards before shipment. What You'll Do

  • Inspect and audit products for printing, laminating, die-cutting, and other quality requirements.
  • Accurately document production information using labor reporting systems, quality forms, job tickets, and move tags.
  • Perform post-printing and finishing operations, including:
  • Counting and packaging products
  • Shrink wrapping
  • Hand assembly and application
  • Laminating and cutting
  • Operating specialized equipment and material handling tools
  • Transport materials and products between workstations.
  • Follow customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment using 5S practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, materials, and recyclable items.
  • Support company quality systems and production standards.
  • Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand production job tickets and work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work safely and follow PPE, housekeeping, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Ability to meet required visual standards, including color differentiation, with or without corrective lenses.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
