**10 Hour Night Shift Opportunity** 8:30pm-6:30am Sunday through Wednesday
Serigraph is seeking a skilled and motivated individual with experience operating a multi-color inline screen press. We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Color Screen Press Operator to set up and operate our equipment, ensuring the achievement of established productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Review job tickets to understand production specifications and press setup requirements.
- Operate multi-color presses and produce first-piece approvals independently.
- Ensure press runs meet production and quality standards in accordance with procedures.
- Conduct in-process checks, diagnose issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of backup press operators and press assistants.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on press equipment.
- Assist with press tear-down, screen cleaning, and general press maintenance after production runs.
- Follow all quality, environmental, and safety procedures and regulations.
- Handle materials, including moving five-gallon ink pails and large screens (up to 75" x 87").
- Perform press support tasks, such as racking printed materials and retrieving supplies.

- Knowledge of proper safety, housekeeping, and personal protective equipment (PPE) practices.
- Understanding of departmental procedures, policies, and work standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow job tickets.
- Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and data entry.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
