Du bist das Gesicht unseres Standorts und sorgst dafür, dass sich Mitarbeitende, Gäste und Partner vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen. Dabei übernimmst Du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
- Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, Bewerber:innen und externen Partnern
- Ansprechpartner:in für Telefon, Empfang und allgemeine Anfragen
- Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Meetings, Workshops und Besucherterminen
- Sicherstellung eines gepflegten, professionellen und einladenden Office-Umfelds
- Koordination von Catering, Lunches sowie Bewirtung von Gästen
- Organisation kleinerer interner Events und Teamaktivitäten
- Unterstützung im operativen Office-Alltag und bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Erfahrung im Bereich Empfang, Front Office, Hotellerie, Office Management, Gästebetreuung oder einer vergleichbaren serviceorientierten Rolle
- Gerne auch Ausbildung im Hotelfach, in der Gastronomie oder im Veranstaltungsbereich
- Ein professionelles, gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Gastgebermentalität
- Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
