Job description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring that customer locations are accurately and promptly onboarded once cameras are installed. This role manages the onboarding process from initial camera setup and verification through market report validation and successful activation, ensuring each location meets all requirements before being handed over for monitoring and investigation.
The Onboarding Specialist works closely with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve onboarding issues, maintain accurate location data, and ensure a smooth transition from installation to active monitoring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new customer locations.
- Verify cameras, market reports, transaction data, and location setup.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate onboarding issues as needed.
- Follow established onboarding processes, timelines, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve onboarding concerns.
- Ensure locations are fully prepared and meet all requirements before activation.
- Contribute to process improvements to minimize onboarding errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong problem-solving, data entry, and communication abilities.
- Experience with Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) U.S. Eastern Time.
