Position Overview We are seeking service-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Cruise Specialist. This role involves assisting clients with cruise planning, reservation coordination, and providing a smooth and enjoyable booking experience from start to finish. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise experience is required. Training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences
- Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations
- Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements
- Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information
- Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications
- Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized
- Comfortable using online systems and booking tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote or structured environment
- Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
