Job description

For our growing team at Neura, we are looking for support in the People & Culture department at the earliest possible start date.   • Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team, with a focus on HR Operations
  • Ensuring the smooth and digital execution of administrative HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining, managing, and updating employee and contract documentation in digital systems
  • Structuring, organizing, and continuously improving the digital HR filing system
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems
  • Preparing and compiling documentation for internal HR processes
  • Coordinating appointments and providing organizational support for internal alignment
  • Supporting organizational and administrative topics within the People & Culture function

What we can look forward to

  • Initial experience in an administrative role, within an HR environment, or in office management is an advantage
  • Ideally, experience in the digitalization, standardization, or optimization of HR processes
  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in common office tools (e.g., MS Office) and HR systems (e.g., HiBob)
  • Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
