ROLE
Voodoo is looking for an Performance Marketing Manager to own user acquisition activities on a portfolio of consumer and social apps. Leading you own portfolio of Apps, you will leverage your expertise and creativity to turn great mobile products into global hits.
- Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple apps
- Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our apps
- Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback
- Use our suite of internal growth tools and interface with our Tech team to continuously improve them
- Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation
- Lead transversal projects
PROFILE
- You have experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition, in application or gaming companies
- You have a successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile games and/ or apps
- You’re intimately familiar with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
- You’re well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
- You have experience with influencer marketing and ASO
- You’re a hacker: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics
- You speak and write English fluently
