Summary

Koah seeks a Product Designer to own advertiser and publisher experiences, including creative tools, dashboards, and SDK integration flows. The role involves designing AI-augmented workflows and ad format systems that adapt across various digital surfaces.

Job description

ABOUT KOAH

Koah is building AI–powered ad formats that work across any surface. In a chat app, a Koah ad feels like part of the conversation. On a publisher's website, it feels like editorial content. In a sidebar, a feed, an email – it adapts its layout, density, and tone to belong wherever it appears.

We're using AI to make ads better everywhere – composing the right format for the right surface with the right content in real time.

We're backed by Theory Ventures, live in AI apps serving millions of users, and we recently closed our Series A koahlabs.com.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a product designer to own the advertiser and publisher experiences – the creative tools, dashboards, and integration flows that make Koah work for both sides of the marketplace.

On the advertiser side, we're building toward a world where campaign agents do the heavy lifting – generating creative, selecting formats, optimising toward goals – and advertisers steer with goals and guardrails. You'll design the tools that give advertisers that power.

On the publisher side, you'll design the SDK integration experience – how publishers describe their surfaces, configure preferences, and see value from Koah.

You'll also shape the ad format system itself – how formats compose, adapt, and render across surfaces.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design the advertiser experience end–to–end – campaign creation, AI–assisted creative tools, reporting
  • Shape how advertisers and campaign agents collaborate to produce and deploy ad creative at scale
  • Design the publisher integration experience – SDK onboarding, surface configuration, performance dashboards
  • Contribute to the ad format library format-library-demo.vercel.app – how formats adapt across different rendering contexts
  • Connect the dots across advertiser tools, publisher surfaces, and end–user ad experiences

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF

  • You think in systems and can balance immediate user needs with long–term product vision
  • You've designed for multi–sided products – marketplaces, developer tools, ad platforms, or similar
  • You're excited about designing AI–augmented workflows, not just traditional dashboards
  • You care about craft because it compounds into trust
  • You're comfortable at the design–engineering boundary – schemas, structured data, component APIs
  • You're comfortable moving fast without a full spec and drive clarity through design
