YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
As Product Manager you'll be responsible for shaping a best-in-market experience for discovering, purchasing, registering, transferring, and managing domains while driving portfolio growth and seamless integration with Hostinger's broader web services ecosystem. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, and registry partners to deliver innovative solutions that delight millions of users.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Make strategic decisions that drive domain portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and cross-product attachment rates at scale, across a portfolio of nearly 10 million domains.
- Translate market insights and business strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize features and offers based on registrar operations, customer needs, and integration opportunities with hosting, website builder, email, and other services.
- Ensure roadmap transparency by providing constant updates on development progress.
- Act as the customer advocate by understanding domain buyers' journey and identifying natural expansion touchpoints.
- Work closely with registry partners and internal teams to maximize customer lifetime value through strategic service bundling.
- Monitor industry trends, ICANN policies, and new TLD launches while identifying growth opportunities.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong track record of driving business growth through product innovation in technology or digital services.
- Great product instincts for user experience and understanding how products serve as gateways to broader service adoption.
- Proven experience managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, including bundling and cross-selling strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated or partnership-heavy environments.
- Technical understanding of web technologies, with willingness to learn DNS and domain registration protocols.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with appreciation for how foundational digital services enable customer growth.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, user behavior patterns, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Domains are also the connecting layer across Hostinger's product suite - you need one to launch a website, set up email, or bring almost any other product to life - so our work touches nearly every part of the business. COMPENSATION
Competitive salary starting from €5,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
