Job description
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
About the Role
We’re looking for a PMM AI builder who combines product marketing know-how with hands-on AI building. You’ll use your understanding of messaging, ICPs, positioning, and competitive intelligence to create AI workflows that help our product marketing team, and the entire marketing organization, move faster and achieve more. Picture the work: agents that track competitor changes, battle cards that update themselves, and assistants that put approved messaging in every marketer’s hands. You’ll build them, get people using them, and make sure they move the results that matter.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents, agentic workflows, and internal tools for the PMM team, which also support its day-to-day work with Marketing and Sales.
- Partner closely with PMMs, Marketing, and Sales to understand how they work, find the biggest opportunities for impact, and prioritize what to build first.
- Streamline shared processes across content, demand gen, brand, web, and enablement, and cut duplicated effort.
- Roll out what you build: train teams, collect feedback, and iterate until it becomes part of how people work.
- Measure impact through usage, output quality, and business results, and run evals and monitoring to catch regressions.
- Keep every tool you ship reliable, documented, and secure.
What you bring
- 3+ years in product marketing, marketing operations, or growth at a SaaS or technology company, with a strong grasp of GTM.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, tools and workflows with LLM orchestration platforms (n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar), MCP, or no-code/low-code systems. This is a must. Please bring examples of what you’ve shipped.
- A technical ops background: connecting systems like CRM, call recordings, and Slack through APIs and webhooks.
- Experience working cross-functionally, including with Marketing and Sales teams, and explaining technical solutions to non-technical people.
Who you are
- High autonomy: you work independently, find the problems worth solving, and drive them end to end.
- You’re excited about AI and keep up with how fast it moves.
- You’re self-driven: you find the problems worth solving and own them end to end.
- You’re adaptable, not attached to any one tool, and comfortable with no playbook or detailed spec.
- You care about business impact, not just clever tech.
- You’re the person teams come to when they ask, “can we automate this?”
Advantage
- Coding experience (Python or JavaScript).
- Experience building MCP servers or working with agent frameworks.
- Experience with evaluation or QA processes for LLM outputs.
- Background in competitive intelligence, sales enablement, or marketing ops.
