Program Manager - Contract

DISHER is seeking a Program Manager to support a 2-year project, onsite in Portage, MI with our medical device customer team. This person will be responsible for managing a $50M program which is the single largest program at the site and will own execution across all workstreams.

What you will get to do:

  • Own execution across all workstreams.
  • Navigate design controls, validation expectations, and regulated change environment.
  • Work onsite in Portage, MI for 2-years.
  • Work full-time 40-hour work weeks.

What will make you successful:

  • Must have medical device industry background or experience in the automotive industry.
  • Prior program management of $30-50M+ manufacturing capital programs.
  • Track record of delivering large line installations, plant expansions, or major equipment programs on schedule.
  • Willing to support execution and step in, not just steer from a conference room.
