Job description

Who We Are

Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners. Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.

In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.

As Program Operations Associate, you will own the launch and ongoing operation of Imprint’s partner card programs. You’ll sit on the Solutions & Delivery team and work directly with brand partners and cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and Marketing to get each program launched on time and running well. This is an execution role first. You’ll manage every workstream from kickoff through GA launch, keep each launch on track, and build the systems that make every launch more repeatable than the last. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • You are fully embedded in a live partner launch and can give a clear status on every workstream at any time: what’s complete, what’s at risk, who owns what, and what comes next
  • Cross-functional partners come to you as the source of truth for launch status and next steps
  • You drive open items to completion yourself wherever possible, working independently across teams
  • You surface risks and dependencies ahead of readiness reviews, so go/no-go decisions have no surprises

Responsibilities

  • Own execution for assigned partner program launches, managing every cross-functional workstream from kickoff through launch day
  • Take on the full range of work each launch requires, such as:
  • Working with Compliance on bank partner reviews
  • Tracking launch workstream status with Growth
  • Gathering requirements with Solutions Engineering
  • Updating product configurations
  • Supporting legal documentation and drafting
  • Identify operational gaps that slow launches or adoption, then build lightweight systems and standard playbooks to close them
  • Translate product capabilities into clear partner-facing materials and SOPs where launches need them
  • Track launch milestones, partner feedback, and internal execution signals, and recommend improvements
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, Member Operations, and Marketing to launch and operate partner programs

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or a similar execution-heavy role at a high-growth startup
  • High ownership and hands-on approach. You take on whatever the work requires, from the details to driving decisions, and see it through to completion
  • Exceptional project management. You keep many workstreams, owners, and deadlines organized and moving at once
  • Strong stakeholder management. You can align multiple teams without formal authority and build trust quickly at any level
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, and able to build structure where none exists
  • A bias toward processes and systems that scale across programs, with sound judgment on tradeoffs
  • Clear communicator who can turn product capabilities into partner value

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or embedded financial products
  • Experience supporting B2B2C products or partner-led product development
  • Familiarity with bank partner and regulatory readiness for card programs

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Leading configured work computers of your choice
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage
  • Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA
  • 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
  • Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
