Job description

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role
  • Practical understanding of Scrum, including ceremonies, roles, and basic delivery processes
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, both written and spoken
  • Critical thinking and ability to identify issues, dependencies, and risks
  • Strong sense of ownership and reliable follow-through
  • Proactive communication and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed
  • Ability and motivation to learn and gradually take on greater responsibility

NICE TO HAVE

  • Exposure to SAFe
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or larger project/program structures

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain Azure DevOps boards and support project tracking activities
  • Track action items, dependencies, follow-ups, and agreed deadlines
  • Prepare project status reports and internal project updates
  • Assist with budget maintenance, financial tracking, and invoice preparation
  • Coordinate selected HR and organizational processes within the project
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for project team members
  • Organize meetings and selected project ceremonies, including agendas and follow-ups
  • Assist with resource planning and staffing activities
  • Maintain project data required for internal processes, reporting, and decision-making
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, blockers, and dependencies to the Project Manager
