Job description

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join our team in Argentina. Our client is a major US healthcare organization, and this engagement is a high-visibility proof-of-concept with their DevOps Tools team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience
  • Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules; exposure to Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps specifically is a strong plus
  • Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps) — REST API integrations, webhooks, workflow orchestration
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model
  • Experience working directly with client/business stakeholders to translate real workflows into platform configuration
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch POC environment rather than a maintenance/BAU setup
  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure ServiceNow’s Change Management and Release Management apps from the ground up for the POC
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain
  • Work directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around their real workflows
  • Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap
  • Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality, extensible solution
