Job description
ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join our team in Argentina. Our client is a major US healthcare organization, and this engagement is a high-visibility proof-of-concept with their DevOps Tools team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience
- Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules; exposure to Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps specifically is a strong plus
- Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps) — REST API integrations, webhooks, workflow orchestration
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model
- Experience working directly with client/business stakeholders to translate real workflows into platform configuration
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch POC environment rather than a maintenance/BAU setup
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure ServiceNow’s Change Management and Release Management apps from the ground up for the POC
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain
- Work directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around their real workflows
- Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality, extensible solution
