The Daily Wire is looking for a Project Manager in Marketing to lead integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from initial intake through final delivery. This role will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, establish timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure work remains aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has project management experience in an agency or similarly fast-paced marketing environment and thrives while managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from kickoff through final delivery, defining scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage the concepting, development, production, and delivery of marketing campaigns and creative assets across digital and social channels.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans while balancing competing priorities, team capacity, and deadlines.
- Identify project risks, roadblocks, and changing requirements early, proactively adjusting plans and driving timely resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, vendors, and agency partners while maintaining alignment on scope, timing, budget, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project kickoffs, planning meetings, and creative reviews; prepare agendas, document action items, and communicate decisions and next steps.
- Manage project intake and daily workflows, using dashboards, status reports, and AI-assisted tools to monitor progress, forecast timelines, and support prioritization decisions.
- Route creative assets through required reviews and approvals, maintain quality and brand standards, prepare a daily hot sheet, and organize files for easy access and reuse.
Experience & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, account management, project management, or a comparable role.
- Agency project management experience strongly preferred.
- Background in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated success meeting deadlines and keeping cross-functional projects on schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and accurately under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Experience using project management software and related workflow tools.
- Interest in or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscape is a plus.
