Job description

The Propertybase Client Services Specialist is a vital part of our Internation Expansion team, responsible for providing outstanding support to our Customer Success and Support teams. Reporting to the GM, Propertybase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth integration between Salesforce and other Business systems. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support customer operations workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity by managing deduplication, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement new Salesforce features or enhancements.
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key metrics for Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting while ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce usability, scalability, and adoption across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configurations, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers).
  • Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Tableau, or customer support platforms).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, timely end-user support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Salesforce certifications required.
