Job description

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

  • Du verantwortest die Produktqualität über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, analysierst Fehlerursachen und leitest nachhaltige Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du planst und führst Produkt- und Prozessaudits durch und berichtest die Ergebnisse an die Stakeholder.
  • Du definierst Q-KPIs und baust eine zentrale Q-Base mit Dashboards für maximale Transparenz auf.
  • Du entwickelst ein Q-Early-Warning-System sowie eine QA-Matrix und Launch Control für robuste Produktanläufe.
  • Bei Q-Auffälligkeiten in der Produktion klärst du die Ursachen, leitest Maßnahmen an und schaffst mit Q-Gemba-Walks aktive Qualitätsawareness.
  • Bei Eskalationen und Kundenbeanstandungen bist du direkter Ansprechpartner und koordinierst die Lösungsfindung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung zusammen, um Qualität frühzeitig in Design und Prozesse einzubringen.
  • Du erstellst Qualitätsdokumentationen (Risikobewertungen, FMEAs, Auditberichte) und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Mechatronik oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Entwicklung.
  • Kenntnisse in Sensorik, Aktorik, Steuerungssystemen, Robotik sowie Programmierung (z. B. Python/C++).
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Vermessung elektronischer und mechanischer Komponenten.
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu ISO 9001, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA und 8D.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
