About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth team and drive predictable revenue in the segment of customers with 501-5,000 employees. You will combine elite sales execution with a talent for coaching and scaling operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the data ecosystem and thrives in building collaborative, scalable sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
- Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.
- Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
Leadership & Team Growth
- Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.
- Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.
- Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.
About you
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS. Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred
- High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments
