About the role

The Sales Enablement & Training Manager designs and delivers scalable, AI-powered learning experiences that accelerate the success of Socure's teams. This role owns the end-to-end enablement lifecycle - from onboarding and certification to ongoing product education and coaching - partnering closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales Leadership, and subject matter experts across Socure to create engaging, measurable learning programs. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, strong program management skills, and a passion for leveraging AI and modern learning technologies to continuously improve the learner experience.

What you'll do

Own onboarding and new hire readiness

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires, host weekly 1:1s with learners to answer questions and reinforce learning, and ensure timely completion of learning milestones and successful ramp.
  • Partner with managers through weekly learner progress reviews and coaching discussions.
  • Coordinate learner access to required systems, resources, mentors, and enablement tools.
  • Monitor onboarding health and proactively address learner roadblocks.

Design modern learning experiences

  • Design scalable learning paths that combine self-paced content, knowledge checks, AI role plays, and certifications.
  • Develop engaging digital learning assets including training videos, assessments, and learner scorecards.
  • Partner with leadership teams across Socure to identify role-specific learning needs, prioritize enablement initiatives, and translate evolving business objectives into scalable training programs.
  • Continuously improve curriculum based on learner feedback, business priorities, and performance data.

Leverage AI to accelerate content creation

  • Personally execute the end-to-end content production workflow: drafting training content from provided technical documentation using AI platforms, create slides and voiceover using AI platforms, QC final assets and get technical signoff, and publish courses in LMS.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI-enabled learning technologies to improve speed, quality, and learner engagement.

Manage certifications and ongoing enablement

  • Build certification programs that validate proficiency across messaging, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer scenarios.
  • Partner with leadership to define success criteria and evaluate learner readiness.
  • Maintain certification records and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Measure enablement effectiveness

  • Track onboarding completion, certifications, learner engagement, and program adoption.
  • Deliver recurring reports and insights to leadership that inform enablement strategy.
  • Recommend program improvements based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

What you bring

  • Preferred, 6+ years of industry experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, sales methodologies (Challenger, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC or other), and the buyer's journey.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data-driven approach with a track record of setting and achieving success metrics and qualifying improvements.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, instructional design, plus experience building scalable digital learning programs within an LMS and leveraging modern learning technologies including AI coaching, simulations, assessments, and sales content libraries.
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
  • Ability to lead with passion and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.
