Job description

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

What You'll Do:

The Salesforce Implementation Contractor will support the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) implementation for the Wizards Commercial team, working across requirements, testing, training, and documentation to ensure a successful launch. This role requires strong collaboration with Commercial stakeholders and the implementation team throughout the 6-month engagement.

  • Partner with team members across Sales, Operations, and the Wizards Play Network team to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Map Commercial team workflows and processes to Salesforce CGC features.
  • Identify gaps between out-of-box CGC functionality and Commercial business needs; recommend configuration or customization options to address them.
  • Translate validated requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for use by the implementation team.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with Commercial end users, capturing structured feedback and coordinating defect resolution with the technical team.
  • Create supporting training materials such as slide decks, job aids, and quick reference guides tailored to each user audience.
  • Build and maintain a reference document library covering key CGC tasks, including step-by-step process guides, system walkthroughs, and FAQs written for non-technical audiences.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a functional analyst, business analyst, or implementation role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or a comparable Salesforce industry cloud (e.g., Sales Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into Salesforce functionality and configurations.
  • Experience designing and executing UAT plans and facilitating end-user testing sessions.
  • Strong documentation skills; ability to produce clear, professional reference materials intended for audiences without a technical background.
