JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Associate – Organization Development is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant position management and operational organizational activities. The role serves as the operational custodian of organization and position data within Oracle Fusion and Orgvue, supports Organization Development initiatives, and drives continuous process improvement through AI, automation and digital innovation.

The role is for a UAE National.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Management & Governance

Perform position management transactions in Oracle Fusion, including creating and abolishing positions, updating reporting lines, changing job titles, and managing position and vacancy changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved org. structures.

Coordinate with Finance and IT teams to establish new department and team codes, create new positions, and maintain organizational structures across enterprise systems.

Maintain the integrity of organization and position data across Oracle Fusion and Orgvue

Monitor end-to-end workflow completion, perform quality assurance checks, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Produce recurring and ad hoc position management reports, dashboards and management presentations using Oracle Fusion, Orgvue, PowerPoint and AI tools, identifying workforce trends, data quality issues and opportunities for improvement.

Organization Development Operations

Support data preparation, analysis and visualization for organization design initiatives and leadership decision-making.

Support the delivery of Organization Development initiatives through project coordination, knowledge management, documentation and stakeholder follow-up across the People & Communications function.

Maintain standard operating procedures, templates and governance documentation to improve consistency, operational efficiency and service delivery.

AI & Continuous Improvement

Design and maintain reusable AI prompts, workflows and AI agents that automate repetitive Organization Development tasks while ensuring governance and data confidentiality.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience and reduce manual effort through AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Years of Experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Position Management or HRIS.

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience using Oracle Fusion HCM for position management and organizational structure maintenance.

Experience within large, complex organizations is highly preferred.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM (mandatory), with experience in position management and organizational structure administration.

Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and enthusiasm for leveraging AI agents and automation to improve business processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive, innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.

Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.

AI-related certifications (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Automation, Prompt Engineering or similar) are advantageous.
