DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN
Du bist ein zentraler Ansprechpartner für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer ERP-Prozesse über alle relevanten Module hinweg.
- Beratung, lösungsorientierte Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Business Central über alle relevanten Module
- Unterstützung bei internationalen Rollouts und Multi-Company‑Setups inkl. Lokalisierungen und länderspezifischen Anforderungen
- Durchführung von Gap-Fit‑Analysen und Ableitung der fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen für Implementierungen, Rollouts und Systemerweiterungen
- Konfiguration und Customizing von Business Central, inkl. Workflows, Rollen, Funktionseinstellungen, Beleglayouts und Erweiterungslogiken
- Funktion als Senior-Ansprechpartner und Eskalationsinstanz im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support für komplexe fachliche und technische Fragestellungen
- Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Spezifikationen für Weiterentwicklungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen BC‑Entwicklern
- Planung und Durchführung von Workshops mit Fachbereichen, Key-Usern und Management zur Prozessaufnahme und Lösungsdefinition
- BC-Rollout-Begleitung: Datenmigration inkl. Migrationsregeln, Testdurchführung und Abnahme, Cutover-Planung, Go-Live, Hypercare und Lösungsstabilisierung

- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als BC Consultant mit fundierter Kenntnisbreite über mehrere BC-Modulbereiche (Inhouse oder Partner)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in:
- BC-Standard
- Prozessen in mind. 2–3 BC-Bereichen: Vertrieb, Einkauf, Lager, Produktion, Service oder Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung mit Extensions, Schnittstellen und Updates
- Fähigkeit, pragmatische Lösungen zu designen
- Hands-on-Mentalität, keine reine Beraterrolle
- Souverän im Umgang mit MSPs und Fachbereichen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
