Job description
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGE
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers, Product Management, and Sales teams
- Design, plan, and lead complex robotics pilot projects for enterprise customers
- Develop technical solution architectures tailored to customer-specific requirements and use cases
- Guide customers through the entire solution design process, from requirements gathering to final solution concept
- Partner closely with the Account Executive team throughout technical pre-sales engagements
- Present complex technical solutions confidently to executive and decision-making stakeholders
- Analyze customer challenges and develop innovative robotics and automation concepts
- Support the technical evaluation, feasibility assessment, and validation of customer projects
- Translate business requirements into scalable and technically feasible robotics solutions
- Combine deep engineering expertise with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Contribute to strengthening NEURA Robotics’ position as a leading global robotics company
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong expertise in technical requirements engineering, solution design, and concept development
- Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and technical integration projects
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving capability
- Proven experience delivering technical pilot projects and customer integrations
- 7+ years of experience developing technical concepts, architectures, and workflows—from initial sketches and use-case definitions to detailed process maps and implementation plans
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering
- Passion for robotics, automation, and emerging technologies
