This is a strategic and highly execution-focused role well suited to a strategic marketer who enjoys taking ideas from concept to launch, operating independently, and seeing programs translate into pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the Commercial Field Marketing strategy, developing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer expansion.
  • Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget management, vendor coordination, promotion, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Own and grow strategic ecosystem partnerships, including Snowflake's relationship with Station F and broader startup, VC, PE, and partner communities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Startup Program teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, and business impact, using insights to continuously improve results.

What You'll Have

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS, cloud, technology, or high-growth businesses.
  • Proven experience developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong track record of partnering with sales teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Experience planning and delivering events, executive programs, integrated campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing programs based on data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing technology platforms.
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for building, innovating, and driving business impact.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support regional programs and events.
  • The role requires 3 days onsite in our Snowflake Offices
