Job description
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Graphics Engineer to join our engine team and help us continue to grow the most advanced social game on earth. You’ll collaborate with fellow engine team members as well as gameplay engineers, artists and designers to bring the highest quality game experience to players on all supported devices — regardless of platform or performance tier.
What you’ll do here
- Develop high-performance C++ systems for our proprietary game engine, with a focus on real-time rendering, performance and scalability
- Design, implement, and maintain rendering features, core engine components, tools and graphics pipelines
- Profile and optimize GPU and CPU performance across a wide range of devices, with particular emphasis on mobile
- Write clean, maintainable code with clear documentation and code-level comments
- Contribute to team growth by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and staying up-to-date with graphics and platform trends
Must haves
- Expert-level C++ development skills with deep knowledge of performance tuning, multi-threading, and low-level engine systems
- Have shipped large-scale 3D games across multiple platforms
- Experience with game engines and art/content pipelines
- Deep understanding of modern rendering pipelines and graphics APIs. We use Vulkan and Metal.
- Proficiency with GPU profiling/debugging tools
- At least 6 years of Game industry experience
- Fluent in spoken English for professional communications

- Passion for pushing the boundaries of Android graphics, particularly with Vulkan
- Familiarity with SIMD instruction sets
