Senior Lead Engineer
Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation, including significant expertise in Sales Cloud and related Salesforce technologies, up to 8 years total. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Lead customization and configuration efforts across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds to optimize sales processes, territory planning, and opportunity management, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as custom agents, to extend Salesforce platform functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce with external platforms such as Genesys and Data Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and robust system interoperability.
- Drive adoption and integration of AI technologies, including OpenAI APIs, to enhance automation, insights, and agent productivity within Salesforce.
- Oversee territory planning, sales automation, and forecast management using advanced Salesforce features, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation and mentor junior engineers on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies. Required Skills:
