The People Experience team's mission is to make monday.com monday.com an exceptional and positive place to work. As a Senior People Experience Specialist, you will be based in our Tel Aviv office, working closely aligned with our global People Experience team, identifying and taking care of employees' and their families' needs, making them feel valued, connected and helping build their sense of belonging. You will help shape, initiate, and lead projects and processes within the employee experience world. Your role focuses on promoting and implementing our unique culture, communities, and family-oriented programs, in alignment with our global sites, and requires a strategic, big-picture mindset to build and drive the overall plan.

About The Role

  • Design, develop, track, update, and execute a people experience strategy aligned with the company and employees' needs.
  • Plan and execute company events and initiatives from A-Z, such as office toasts, local site celebrations, company milestones and launches, cultural events, workshops, and more.
  • Identify, develop, and accompany various programs for communities within the company.
  • Own and grow our family-oriented programs and initiatives, supporting employees and their families throughout different life stages and milestones.
  • Overseeing, managing, and executing our employees' culture domain plan (Beer nights, local site celebrations, holiday gifts, etc)
  • Take care of employees' personal life events.
  • Manage and track the yearly global welfare budget in the domain.
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as finance, procurement, workplace, design, communications & legal on a day-to-day basis as well as external vendors.
  • Create and meet KPIs for people engagement.
  • Maintain day-to-day ongoing activities at the office & maintain the employees' portal
  • Internal communications of events, initiatives, ongoing activities and maintain the employees' portal.

Requirements

  • 3+ years specifically in an Employee Experience role (not an adjacent HR role) - Must
  • Experience in end-to-end planning & execution of large-scale people experience events - MUST.
  • Experience in startups or the high-tech industry - Must.
  • Experience working in a global environment - Must.
  • Strategic and broad-minded thinker, with proven experience building and driving a people experience strategy/annual plan - Must.
  • Strong orientation & curiosity around AI powered solutions - a big advantage
  • High level of English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - Must.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, agile mindset, and an eye for details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast learner with a can-do approach and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree - Advantage.
  • Knowledge of working with monday.com monday.com - Advantage.
