About The Role
We are looking for a driven Procurement Specialist to join our global Procurement team! In this role, you will act as a primary focal point for global purchasing, managing the complete procure-to-pay lifecycle from initial request to final delivery and payment. You will drive cost-reduction initiatives, negotiate complex contracts, and manage day-to-day vendor relationships. To thrive in this position, you should be detail-oriented, excel under pressure, and possess outstanding multitasking, negotiation, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a global indirect procurement role.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and managing complex legal and commercial agreements.
- Strong knowledge of large-scale global and domestic purchasing methods, procedures, and Hi-Tech market conditions.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems and solid data analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize immediate and long-term tasks independently.
- Exceptional multitasking ability and strong business instincts.
- High service orientation with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
