Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enhancements and new features for high-performance electronic trading platforms.
  • Deliver solutions following SDLC, Agile, and DevOps best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production trading systems to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the modernization of trading platforms, including cloud adoption and microservices architecture transformation.
  • Improve system availability, latency, performance, scalability, and capacity management.
  • Drive automation initiatives across development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Enhance observability and site reliability capabilities through monitoring and operational best practices.
  • Participate in the adoption of AI-powered development tools and data analysis solutions.
  • Work closely with global teams in a fast-paced, business-critical environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, software design, and programming principles.
  • Proven experience developing production-grade applications in C++.
  • Experience with Java and/or Python.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Good Linux/Unix knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
