Job description

Build the partnerships. Shape the strategy. Accelerate growth. The best partnerships don't happen by chance, they're intentionally built, nurtured, and scaled. At New Western, we're investing in the next phase of our strategic growth, and we're looking for a seasoned Partnerships Manager to help build and expand our partnership ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to create value through meaningful business relationships while helping define how partnerships become a key growth engine for the business. If you're energized by identifying opportunities, opening doors, building trust, and creating long-term strategic partnerships that drive measurable business impact, we'd love to talk with you.

Why This Role? This is an opportunity to build and scale a strategic partnership ecosystem that will directly influence New Western's next phase of growth.

You'll play an instrumental role in expanding New Western's partnership ecosystem by identifying new acquisition channels, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating scalable partnerships that generate long-term value.

You'll own the full partnership lifecycle; from prospecting and negotiating strategic agreements to onboarding new partners and setting them up for long-term success. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll influence how New Western grows through partnerships across existing and emerging markets.

Your success won't be measured by activity alone. It will be measured by the value you create, the relationships you cultivate, and the growth your partnerships deliver.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that expand New Western's acquisition network.
  • Identify, engage, and secure high-value partnerships with brokerages, wholesalers, direct-to-seller platforms, REO specialists, and referral networks.
  • Build trusted executive-level relationships that create long-term strategic value.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and identify new channels for growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that align with business objectives and create mutual value.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partners are successfully onboarded and positioned for long-term success.
  • Serve as the voice of the market, providing insights that influence future partnership strategy.

Who You Are

You're a relationship builder first.

You enjoy creating opportunities where none existed before and understand that the strongest partnerships are built on trust, credibility, and shared success.

You're commercially minded, naturally curious, and comfortable navigating executive conversations. You know how to bring the right people together, influence without authority, and move initiatives forward.

Most importantly, you see partnerships not as transactions but as a strategic lever for business growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success building strategic partnerships and growing new business, not simply maintaining existing accounts.
  • Experience developing relationships with brokerages, wholesalers, referral partners, or other acquisition channels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities that create long-term value.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • A track record of creating measurable business impact through partnerships.

Why New Western?

At New Western, partnerships are a strategic investment in our future, not a support function.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape a growing ecosystem, influence go-to-market strategy, and build relationships that directly contribute to the company's continued expansion.

If you're looking for a role where your ideas matter, your relationships create measurable value, and your work has a direct impact on business growth, we'd love to connect.

Help us build the partnerships that power what's next.
