Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with General Managers to understand hiring needs, office dynamics, and what distinguishes top-performing agents.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Create and refine job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, and maintain tailored candidate pipelines.
  • Guide hiring managers and interview teams through a structured interview and selection process, providing recommendations and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while ensuring prompt, equitable, and high-quality communication throughout the process.
  • Own the offer process including preparation, negotiation, and acceptance, ensuring a seamless handoff to Preboarding.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments (corporate or agency).
  • Experience recruiting for 1099 and commission-only roles, highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing capability, levering sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems (Lever or similar).
  • Sourcing expertise, including passive outreach and research-driven strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Travel Requirements: Travel up to 30% (multi-state) to partner with General Managers and support market hiring initiatives.
